    About Surah Ad-Duhaa

    Ad-Duha, the Morning Brightness, was revealed to comfort the Prophet (peace be upon him) during a pause in revelation, reassuring him that his Lord had not abandoned him. It reminds him of the favors he received as an orphan and a seeker, and calls him to be kind to the orphan and the one who asks, and to speak of his Lord's blessings.

    1. 93:1

      وَٱلضُّحَىٰ

      Wad duhaa

      قسم دى په څاښت باندې

    2. 93:2

      وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ

      Wal laili iza sajaa

      او په شپه باندې كله چې قراره شي

    3. 93:3

      مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ

      Ma wad da'aka rabbuka wa ma qalaa

      چې ته خپل رب نه پریښى يې او نه يې (درسره) بغض ساتلى دى

    4. 93:4

      وَلَلْءَاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

      Walal-aakhiratu khairul laka minal-oola

      او خامخا اخرت تا لپاره له دنیا نه ډېر غوره دى

    5. 93:5

      وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ

      Wa la sawfa y'uteeka rabbuka fatarda

      او خامخا ژر به تا ته ستا رب دركړي، نو ته به راضي (خوشحاله) شې

    6. 93:6

      أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًۭا فَـَٔاوَىٰ

      Alam ya jidka yateeman fa aawaa

      ایا ته يې یتیم نه وې موندلى؟ پس پناه ځاى يې دركړ

    7. 93:7

      وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّۭا فَهَدَىٰ

      Wa wa jadaka daal lan fahada

      او ته يې ناخبره (او ناپوه) وموندلې، نو لار ښوونه يې (درته) وكړه

    8. 93:8

      وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًۭا فَأَغْنَىٰ

      Wa wa jadaka 'aa-ilan fa aghnaa

      او ته يې فقیر وموندلې، نو غني يې كړې

    9. 93:9

      فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ

      Fa am mal yateema fala taqhar

      نو هر چې یتیم دى، نو ته (ده ته) قهر مه كوه

    10. 93:10

      وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ

      Wa am mas saa-ila fala tanhar

      او هر چې سوالګرى دى، نو ته يې مه رټه

    11. 93:11

      وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ

      Wa amma bi ni'mati rabbika fahad dith

      او پاتې شو (نعمت) نو ته د خپل رب نعمت بیانوه
