- 111:1
تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍۢ وَتَبَّ
Tab bat yadaa abee Lahabinw-wa tabb
Əbu Ləhəbin əlləri qurusun, qurudu da! (Və ya: Əbu Ləhəbin əlləri qurusun, o ölsün!)
- 111:2
مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ
Maa aghna 'anhu maaluhu wa ma kasab
(Qiyamət günü) ona nə mal-dövləti fayda verəcək, nə də qazandığı (və ya: oğul-uşağı).
- 111:3
سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًۭا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍۢ
Sa yas laa naran zaata lahab
O, alovlu atəşə girəcəkdir.
- 111:4
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ
Wam ra-atuh hamma latal-hatab
Onun odun daşıyan (Peyğəmbərlə düşmənçilik edən, adamlar arasında söz gəzdirən) övrəti də həmçinin!
- 111:5
فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌۭ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ
Fee jeediha hab lum mim-masad
Onun (övrətinin) boğazında xurma lifindən hörülmüş ip (və ya: yetmiş arşın uzunluğunda zəncir) olacaqdır!
About Surah Al-Masad
Al-Masad, the Palm Fiber, addresses Abu Lahab, an uncle of the Prophet (peace be upon him) who openly opposed him, and makes clear that his wealth and status would not save him. It stands as a reminder that hostility to the truth, however powerful, comes to nothing before Allah.
