- 100:1
وَٱلْعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبْحًۭا
Wal'aadi yaati dabha
- 100:2
فَٱلْمُورِيَٰتِ قَدْحًۭا
Fal moori yaati qadha
- 100:3
فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًۭا
Fal mugheeraati subha
- 100:4
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًۭا
Fa atharna bihee naq'a
- 100:5
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
Fawa satna bihee jam'a
- 100:6
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌۭ
Innal-insana lirabbihee lakanood
- 100:7
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ
Wa innahu 'alaa zaalika la shaheed
- 100:8
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
Wa innahu lihubbil khairi la shadeed
- 100:9
۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
Afala ya'lamu iza b'uthira ma filquboor
- 100:10
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
Wa hussila maa fis sudoor
- 100:11
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
Inna rabbahum bihim yauma 'izil la khabeer
About Surah Al-'Adiyat
Al-'Adiyat, the Coursers, opens with an oath by charging horses and uses the image to expose the ingratitude of the human being toward his Lord, and his intense love of wealth. It reminds the reader that what is hidden in the hearts will be brought out and made known on the Day of Judgment.
