- 95:1
بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ
Wat teeni waz zaitoon
Naapa kwa tini na zaituni!
- 95:2
وَطُورِ سِينِينَ
Wa toori sineen
Na kwa Mlima wa Sinai!
- 95:3
وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ
Wa haazal balad-il ameen
Na kwa mji huu wenye amani!
- 95:4
لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ
Laqad khalaqnal insaana fee ahsani taqweem
Bila ya shaka tumemuumba mtu kwa umbo lilio bora kabisa.
- 95:5
ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ
Thumma ra dad naahu asfala saafileen
Kisha tukamrudisha kuwa chini kuliko walio chini!
- 95:6
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍۢ
Ill-lal lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati; falahum ajrun ghairu mamnoon
Lakini wale walio amini na wakatenda mema, hao watapata ujira usio kwisha.
- 95:7
فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ
Fama yu kaz zibuka b'adu bid deen
Basi ni kipi baadaye kitacho kukukadhibishia malipo?
- 95:8
أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ
Alai sal laahu bi-ahkamil haakimeen
Kwani Mwenyezi Mungu si muadilifu kuliko mahakimu wote?
About Surah At-Tin
At-Tin, the Fig, swears by the fig, the olive, and the sacred places, then states that the human being was created in the best of forms. It warns that those who reject faith and good deeds sink to the lowest, while the believers who do good have a reward without end. It is a short reflection on human dignity and choice.
