- 97:1
بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ
Innaa anzalnaahu fee lailatil qadr
Doğrusu, Biz, Kuran'ı kadir gecesinde indirmişizdir.
- 97:2
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ
Wa maa adraaka ma lailatul qadr
Kadir gecesinin ne olduğunu sen bilir misin?
- 97:3
لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ
Lailatul qadri khairum min alfee shahr
Kadir gecesi bin aydan hayırlıdır.
- 97:4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr
Melekler ve Cebrail o gecede Rablerinin izniyle her türlü iş için inerler.
- 97:5
سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ
Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la'il fajr
O gece, tan yerinin ağarmasına kadar bir esenliktir.

Al-Qadr, the Night of Decree, describes Laylatul Qadr, the blessed night on which the Quran began to descend, a night better than a thousand months. On it the angels come down with every decree, and it is full of peace until the break of dawn. Muslims seek this night in the last ten days of Ramadan.
