قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ
Qul a'uzoo bi rabbil-falaq
Waxaad dhahdaa (Nabiyow) waxaan ka magangalay Eebeha Subaxa (abuuray).
- 113:2
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
Min sharri ma khalaq
Wixii shar leh sharkiisa.
- 113:3
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
Wa min sharri ghasiqin iza waqab
Iyo Habeenka sharkiisa markuu madoobaado.
- 113:4
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ
Wa min sharrin-naffaa-thaati fil 'uqad
Iyo sharka Sixirrowga wax ku tufa guntimaha.
- 113:5
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Wa min shar ri haasidin iza hasad
Iyo sharka Xaasidka wax Xasda.
About Surah Al-Falaq
Al-Falaq, the Daybreak, is the first of the two surahs of refuge. It teaches the believer to seek protection with the Lord of the daybreak from every kind of harm: the evil of creation, the dark night, harmful magic, and envy. It is short, direct, and recited daily for protection.

Virtues of Surah Al-Falaq
Al-Falaq and An-Nas are the Mu'awwidhat. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said no one has sought refuge with anything like them, and recited them for protection each night.
