When Allah wills a thing, He only says to it 'Be,' and it is. The verse captures the truth that creation needs no effort or delay on Allah's part, only His word. It is often recited as a reminder of trust in Allah when something feels impossible.

إِنَّمَآ أَمْرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيْـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
Innamaa amruhooo izaaa araada shai'an ai-yaqoola lahoo kun fa-yakoon
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.
