Ayatul Kursi is verse 255 of Surah Al-Baqarah, one of the most beloved and most recited verses in the entire Quran.
It describes the greatness of Allah: that He is the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, that nothing escapes His knowledge, and that His authority covers the heavens and the earth. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that whoever recites it after every obligatory prayer, nothing stands between him and Paradise except death (Sunan an-Nasa'i, authentic). He also said that reciting it at night keeps a person under Allah's protection until morning (Sahih al-Bukhari). Many Muslims memorize it first after Al-Fatihah.

ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٌۭ وَلَا نَوْمٌۭ ۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَىْءٍۢ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
Allahu laaa ilaaha illaa Huwal Haiyul Qaiyoom; laa taakhuzuhoo sinatunw wa laa nawm; lahoo maa fissamaawaati wa maa fil ard; man zal lazee yashfa'u indahooo illaa bi-iznih; ya'lamu maa baina aydeehim wa mww khalfahum wa laa yuheetoona bishai'im min 'ilmihee illaa bimaa shaaa'; wasi'a Kursiyyuhus samaawaati wal arda wa laa ya'ooduho hifzuhumaa; wa Huwal Aliyyul 'Azeem

Ma qabato Lulmo iyo hurdo (midna) wuxuuna iska leeyahay waxa Samooyinka ka sugan iyo Dhulka, waa kuma kan ka shafeeci agtiisa (Eebe) idankiisa mooyee, wuxuu ogyahay (Eebe) waxa Dadka hortooda ah iyo waxa ka dambeeya mana koobaan wax Cilmigiisa ah, wuxuu Eebe doono mooyee, wuuna u waasacnoqday kursigiisu Samaawaadka iyo Dhulka, mana Cusleeyo ilaalinteedu, Eebana waa sareeye wayn.
