إِنَّآ أَعْطَيْنَٰكَ ٱلْكَوْثَرَ
Innaa a'taina kal kauthar
Nous t'avons certes, accordé l'Abondance.
- 108:2
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ
Fa salli li rabbika wanhar
Accomplis la Salât pour ton Seigneur et sacrifie.
- 108:3
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ
Inna shani-aka huwal abtar
Celui qui te hait sera certes, sans postérité.
About Surah Al-Kawthar
Al-Kawthar, the Abundance, is the shortest surah in the Quran. It gives the Prophet (peace be upon him) glad tidings of Al-Kawthar, a river and abundant good in Paradise, and calls him to pray to his Lord and sacrifice for Him. It reassures him that it is his opponents, not he, who are cut off.
